  • Ships from our warehouses located in the USA, UK, Australia, and Hong Kong.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • High-Demand Periods: During peak seasons or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • For Other U.S. States & International Orders: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in our pricing.

📍 Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier: Confirm the exact delivery details.

📌 Important: Cherished Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

📦 Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at info@cherishedcollective.com before your order is processed.
  • Order Cancellations: Can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.

📌 Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify or cancel it.
