Welcome to the Cherished Collective Affiliate Program! 🎉💎 By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your responsibilities, earnings, and participation in the program.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

✔ You must be 18 years or older to participate.
✔ You must have an active website, blog, or social media presence relevant to fashion, beauty, or ethical luxury.
✔ We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions & Payments

✔ Commission Rate: Earn 10-15% commission on valid purchases made using your referral link or coupon code.
✔ Cookie Duration: The referral tracking cookie lasts 30 days after a user clicks your link.
✔ Self-Referral Policy: Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases but may receive an exclusive affiliate discount.
✔ Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month via PayPal.
✔ Minimum Payout: Affiliates must accumulate at least $50 in earnings before receiving a payout.

3. Promotional Guidelines & Brand Integrity

✔ Affiliates must represent Cherished Collective professionally and ethically.
✔ Coupon codes cannot be shared on coupon sites, forums, or discount marketplaces.
✔ Affiliates cannot mislead customers about pricing, discounts, or promotions.
✔ Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines when promoting Cherished Collective.

4. Prohibited Activities

❌ No paid ads (Google/Facebook/Instagram) using “Cherished Collective” as keywords.
❌ No spammy, deceptive, or misleading promotions.
❌ No impersonating Cherished Collective or falsely claiming to be an official representative.

⚠️ Violating these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Agreement & Termination

✔ Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
✔ Commissions earned before termination will still be paid out as long as they comply with program rules.
✔ Cherished Collective reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
